Let's break this card down for a second:
Legend from the Golden Age of Baseball- check
Vintage cardboard- check
Rounded corners to give it just the right amount of character- check
Classic 1960's baseball "Don't fuck with me" face- check
Super awesome cartoon logo that I'm sure someone deemed "Politically Incorrect" and then threated to sue the Braves and I'm sure that's way they don't use it as their logo anymore...

Looking at the HR stats on the back, Aarons got 481 HR through 14 seasons. I always thought that was amazing, as I never would have guessed that he'd catch up and pass Ruth based on those numbers. UNTIL I did a little quick math and realized that Ruth had 416 HR through his first 14 seasons. SOOOO yeah, years of misguided illusions came crashing down right there. Oh well, it's still a bitchin' card and not too much can take that away!
