I'm Back!

So the tour of the brewery was awesome. It was Matt's brewery, up in Utica NY. They make Saranac, Lake Placid, Utica Club and distribute Brooklyn Brewery among others. It was only $5 for the tour and at the end you get 2 free beers. SOLD! I had never heard of Utica Club beer before so I was intrigued to try it as the tour dude said it's only sold within 90 miles of the brewery i.e- not available in my area. So I tried it and learned something... don't drink Utica Club. It was, god awful. But I had a Pumpkin Ale after and that made me happy again. I was a little disappointed I didn't get an Umpa Lumpa song though (Family Guy, anyone?).

All in all, it was a great 3 days:
I drank some beer
Saw a fight
Ate one of the greatest burgers of my life
Drank some more beer
Saw David Wright hit a HR at one of the bars
Flirted with a cute chick who happened to be a Mets fan
Drank some more beer
Became the training consultant for a local dog rescue (local to me, not Utica)
Drank a beer to celebrate

and best of all

Tore into a 300 count box of cards (trade) and about 6,000 ebay/COMC packages!!! I've still got some more coming to me form my spending spree and I've still got a little money left for it. There are a few more '64 coins I'm waiting to end and I have some money set aside to buy some trade bait for you guys!

Well, I get to dive right back into reality with a 12 1/2 hour day at work tomorrow. Should be fun, couldn't be more excited... Anyway, this post desperately needs a picture of a card, so how about this neat little number from Crinkly Wrappers- 2003 Fleer Focus Jersey Edition "Materialistic Oversized".
