I don't hate manupatches. Some of them look really nice and I can quickly get over the fact that they aren't game used. I'd rather have an esthetically pleasing card than poorly designed game used just for the sake of it being game used. What's disappointing about these Topps patches (to me at least) is that if they simply backed the patch with "jersey" material, then these cards would be 10x better in my opinion.Next up is another first time trade with My Carboard Mistress. I started working on this set back when it came out, in 2007. 4 years later, I still need 15 cards to finish it off... all SPs. This is why I'm not a set collector. That and the mere thought of actually needing a Cole Hammels or Alex Rodriguez card disgusts me.This trade also brought me my #6 favorite Wright card as well as this guy...
A 2008 SP Authentic "Marquee Matchups". This neato card explains on the back how Wright has 10 career hits including 3HR and 2 2B against Smoltz. That's called "ownage". That's right. ownageThanks again for the trades guys!
