Hello everyone! It's been some time since I've been on here and quite honestly, I have not been able to keep up with everything like I use to. I've completely missed everything 2013 card wise so far, but I'll make up for it later.
The good news is that I'm settled into D.C. now and I even found a card shop that has a TON of vintage for super cheap! The Humane Society is going great, and I couldn't be happier there. This is truly my dream job and is the exact thing I wanted to do with my life, well aside from being a rock star, and I'm still in awe whenever I go into work. We see approximately 8,000 dogs come through ours doors each year and I have the opportunity to help so many of them. I've never been more determined before in my life. I feel like I have the chance to make an enormous impact and there's absolutely nothing that can stand in my way.
Anyways, hopefully I'll be getting internet soon, we're shooting for next month sometime, until then It'll remain pretty quiet here. I have a couple packages to send out once I find a post office and I'll be stocking up on some vintage trade bait. In the mean time, if you're in the D.C. area come check out the animals at the Washington Humane Society and tell them I sent you! Maybe we can meet, grab a beer and set up some in person trades!
And remember, adopting one dog may not change the world, but surely the world will change for that one dog.

Glad you're doing well. We adopted from the Humane Society four years ago, and it was one of the best things we ever did. We love our dog, and we love the Humane Society. You're lucky to get to work with them.
